Bihar state is well-known for question paper leaks and mass copying. But this time around, it created a record of sorts when a University had to stop an important exam because its officials failed to print the question paper. They basically forgot to print the second semester PG Hindi examination’s question paper. The university is in Bihar and goes by the name Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University.
