Yesterday, Supreme Court turned down the anticipatory bail petition moved by TV9 Ravi Prakash. The Apex Court directed Ravi Prakash to collaborate with the investigation by assuring that he can be arrested only after issuing notice 48 hours in advance. Even the High Court was ordered to take a decision on the bail appeal on or before June 10th.
